And it appears as though there may be several orders not in my list. How would this happen?

What "list" are you talking about? In admin there are links for "Completed and Processing" orders and another for "Pending and Cancelled".

Completed and processing. Turns out it was under Pending... Why would that happen?

Also, is there a way to update orders in bulk?

The payment method used does not or did not return payment complete information to CCP or the gateway is not configured to perform updates on completion of payment.

I believe Kryptronic has a XMOD available to handle multiple orders at once.

Odd. It's worked every other time, but this time it didn't come through right.

Had this same problem with PayPal standard method payments. PayPal, when accepting payment, was not getting the message to my cart that the order was complete.

Permissions on my file /utilities/ecomrelay.php were not set correctly and a change to code in the processing gateway for PayPal Standard was necessary.
