Page Not Passing Information

We have click cart pro setup and it works fine through authorize.net and sends us all of the info other than the description of the product and the quantity ordered . All other fields are passing the information correctly and we receive the receipt via email, but with a quantity or description.

We are not using the secure authorize.net but just from a regular domain straight to the secure server for authorize.net

have you seen this before. The customer email receipt has all of the info as it should even the quantity and description.

What I meant to say is that it shows up in email with all credit card info name street city state etc, hwoever, the description and quantity is not passing.

Is there a fix for this?
