After I ran the update to ccp 6.0.7 a few weeks ago I realized afterward that first class mail rates no longer appear as an option, every order gets priority mail or express mail options only.
Can anyone tell me where to start looking?

Nothing in the latest update should have affected that Diane. Did you just apply the latest update or multiple updates to get up to the latest? Do your products include dimensions or just a weight?

Were you only one release back when you updated with the latest one? I ask because if you were further back there may have been pre and post updates that needed to be done that you may have overlooked. That said you may want to try one of your products with just a weight (no dimensions). I've seen cases where first class won't be shown because of the dimensions that were entered for a product. First class is mainly driven by weight (has to be less than 13 ounces if I recall correctly). Also make sure your weight is fractional if the product weighs less than a pound.

We had not done an update previously but we did follow the instructions carefully and I seem to recall doing a number of steps to get to the final release.
I will do the testing you suggest and let you know.

I removed the dimensions, verified I had a reasonable weight listed (6 oz = .375 lb) and purchased the item and again I only got the Priority Mail or Express Mail options.
I did go to the USPS website and when I entered the same weight I definitely had the option to ship via First Class mail as well as parcel post, priority and express mail.
Any ideas on what should I try next?
