Main category and sub categories
Why can't I change the name of a main or sub category? I have to go in and delete it and create a new one, then re-add all of my products to the new category.

You just need to edit the databases that hold those names directly. We know it's a pain, but here;s how to do it:
Go to: /cp/data/site
Edit: main_category.db and sub_category.db with notepad
You'll see the names you'll need to change. The files are in ASCII text format.
