Hi there I have been playing for some time with this.
I have downloaded and imported the Royal mail rates and products and put them in there relevant Raw Database Admin.
Right this is where i get stuck, I now want to implement the Royal mail to use on the site.
I have been looking in the 'Custom Shipping Methods' as well as the manual.
Can some one please let me know what i need to fill in and how...is there a tutorial on some where?
Basically i need to know how to get this thing to work

you need to import the csv files into zone based shipping then in the product detail select "Zone Based Shipping" as the delivery method and enter the relevant dimensions for the product. Also make sure the delivery method you want to use is set to "True" in "Zone Based Shipping Products"

Well this is driving me crazy, i really don't understand how this all works, I have done all of the above, how does the software know from the order where it is going(i.e worldwide, Europe or UK) is this somehow automated? how does it charge the right price...
