I'm processing orders via the "collect & email payment info - offline processing" method and the customer's credit card information is NOT appearing in my Order Fulfillment Email. Am I missing something?? I really need it to appear in that email. Do I need to customize or change the scripts? Please advise as soon as possible.

You most likely do not have the site owner order email turned on. Go to Program Settings | Edit Program Settings and ensure that the site owner email address is receiving order emails. Only the site owner is sent cc info.
