Upgrade or full version?

Hi,

I just went to the download page to get the upgrade and your instructions state to download and install the full version if I'm upgrading. I did download both the full and upgrade but why would I need to install both? This doesn't make sense to me.

Thanks for you help and great software.

The upgrade is just a script that walks through and updates the new version with the settings from the old version.  The upgrade doesn't actualy contain the new code.

Read the REAME file for info on how this works.  You'll need to install CCP4 on it's own then insert the upload script into the CCP4 cgi-bin, then run it.  The upgrade script will ask you fort the paths to the old CCP site you're importing into the new version.
