FedEx Direct Connect - force only 2 delivery options?

Many of the products we sell need to be frozen and are shipped on dry ice.

To ensure that delivery occurs before the ice is gone, we need to restrict the options to only overnight options.

Currently, the customer is presented with FedEx ground, Economy, 2-Day etc - all of which take too long.

How do we only show the Standard and Priority overnight options?

You can select which shipping method you want at System Dashboard > Store > Shipping > Realtime Services. If you only want to restrict certain products then you need to create either a custom shipping script for those items or use the Product Base shipping fields for those products.
