Joomla Integration only working one way.

I have been on these forums searching for an answer to this for the last 2 days. sorry if this question is already answered.

I have Joomla and CCP Installed and working.  When an account is created in joomla it shows up in CCP. However when an account is created in CCP it does not show up in joomla???????

does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening. I thought that the data was supposed to be synchronized.

Let me add some more info to this.

My joomla install is in the root my ccp is in... /install

auth/user/system plugins are all activated in joomla

in ccp all connector settings are set to true

Passwords in both joomla and ccp match

Directories installs are as follows:
Joomla install is http://www.aresarmor.com/index.php

Re: Joomla Integration only working one way.

I am also having login issues between Joomla and CCP 7.1. It seems to initially work then as soon as I click anything, one system is no longer logged in and I lose the cart contents.

This is probaly caused in some way by cookies and where they are placed but I don't know how to change that (or even find it) in Joomla.

Can anyone help with this?

Re: Joomla Integration only working one way.

virusys

that problem is different than mine. I had that one too though. how i fixed it was to run the installer and set the cookies to / instead of /"shop"

this will only work if you have ccp installed as a subdirectory and joomla as the root.

My problem is that joomla will create accounts for ccp and when i sign on to joomla i sign onto ccp. however ccp will not create accounts for joomla and when i sign onto ccp it does not sign onto joomla.

Re: Joomla Integration only working one way.

Sounds like you may want to just use one login module (the Joomla one?)

I just had some success with it - the problem may have been cache related after I fixed the cookie location.

If I have further difficulties, I'll be looking into this Joomla/JFusion post:
