Hello.

I currently offer free shipping if a customer spends over $50.00.  I want to limit the discount to USA addresses only and charge regular shipping for international orders.  I use USPS real time rates to calculate shipping costs.   I've read posts on the forums such as this one: https://forum.kryptronic.com/viewtopic.php?id=16785 but I was unable to achieve those results.

By the way, I've been trying to obtain a quote from kryptronic for this job since March 29 2010.  It's been well over a month now (and counting) and I am very disappointed in their service department.  I am sure they do great work but waiting 40 to 50 days for an email is a bit much.  In any case, I am serious about this and I am willing to work with whoever in the community that can offer a solution.
