Hi I have lost my customer's telephone number after I switched my payment system to Paypal, which shows 000.000.000. Only help please? Thanks.

This is normal for PayPal processing. One of their selling points to customers is that they don't share a lot of personal information about you. It does make it hard though when you need to contact a customer or need it for shipping.

In theory this should only happen if your customers pay via PayPal Express as in other situations the customer enters their email address when ordering.

Sorry for not response to all your replies immediately. I found out that they all lost in Paypal (Pro Express Method) - Payment Form. Yes, it is hard when you need to contract customers. Any solutions to solve it please? Also one new question: where can I find my previous years selling information please? I checked tracking, trackingitem, but both are not the proper ones.
