Anyone know where to find the following text displayed at the top of the second step of Checkout.

Looked through quite a few of the xhtml includes and haven't been able to find it yet.

You'll find it in the ID gbu0.coordsetupconf which resides in the khxc_messages table. You'll have to use raw DB commands to update it.
