Hi Guys,
I get occasional complaints from customers that say they have not received an automated email confirmation, is there a log of sent emails somewhere on the server? I'd like to be able to at least check that emails are being sent, that way I could begin troubleshooting. It's probably just incorrect addressing or spam filtering but I'd like to be able to confirm this...

Nothing is logged since doing so is really rather worthless Rob. E-mail never has been, and never will be, 100% reliable. If it happens on occasion it's likely the result of something between your server and their mail host and chances are pretty darn good it's a temporary thing that, if you were to pursue it, would be resolved before you got there. If CCP isn't able to send something an error will be reported.

Ok, thanks Dave. I'm just concerned that the problem may be on a larger scale and just not being reported by the majority. We used to send confirmations manually - obviously this can't continue as trade increases past a certain point, but it was extremely rare that we had any complaints about lack of notification and obviously we had a record of what had been sent. Swings and roundabouts I guess...
