Drive crash

We had a catastrophic drive crash Thursday night and lost all of the install files and documentation as well as a good but of our email history. That's how you find out if you are backing up the right things.

I know where the docs and XMODs are.

How do I get a new download of the s/w and my serial number resent?

I'm guessing the crash was at your provider.  If it was, a backup offering through your provider or another service may be an investment worth looking into.

I wish I could say it was at the ISP but alas it was on my datastore. The installation on the ISP was not in jeopardy but I lost all install packages, keys, and serial numbers.
