I use PayPal for payment processing, how can I include the option for customers using switch/maestro cards? Whilst I wanted the new version because of the option for customers to upload files, what I hadn't anticipated is that I wouldn't be able to take payments from these cards.
Is it possible to include it somewhere? or do I need to revert back to CCP6 as this is losing me business on the site?

The order processes, but no money comes my way. How do I link this so that payment is taken using PayPal Pro Direct as gateway?

Hi John. I was using the GB version, payments from switch were incorporated into it. I've enabled offline switch/solo payments and will do it this way for now.
