<font size="1" color="#FF0000">LAST EDITED ON 08-26-03 AT 09:39 PM (EST)</font><p>I have been writing in HTML for many years. Is it me or the manual that makes it so difficult to add my own pages to ccp5.1.
It is impossible for me to read the on-screen manual when there are in so many different sections covering the area of adding Web pages.
I am still getting lost figuring out where my images go and how to put them on the Web pages.
I'm about ready to give up understanding how the menu system works.
Respectfully yours,

I would be more than happy to pay for a printed manual.

The way that I do it is to go to the admin.
Go to HTML Pages and Elements - HTML PAges (User)
Click the add to database.
Then enter in the name of the page usually I use something like ste_testimonials or something like that. Then the name of the page. The you can copy and paste your HTML code in the area provided. And if you want you can create a title graphic to show up for that pages and store it in the media-images-title folder.
Then to call the page use the format:
(CGIVAR)common_url(/CGIVAR)&pg=xxxxx
Where xxxx is the name of the page reference you gave it i.e. ste_testimonials
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks !! I'll print it and try...
ccp51 is doing what the $999.00 shopping carts do....
I have purchased 5 shopping carts in the past ten years and this is the best, not to mention the cheapest.
The only flaw with ccp51 is the learning curve. Would love to see a dummy's guide of this one..
