Where is the link for the upgrade purchase for 6.x to 7.x?

It may not be posted yet but just thought I would ask ...

Thanks!

Re: ClickCartPro 6 to ClickCartPro 7 Importer - RELEASED

The ClickCartPro 6 to ClickCartPro 7 importer has been completed.  We added support for skin imports today and tested that import against all of the CCP6 skins available from Kryptronic and ZipSkins and a few custom skins.  Everything works like a charm so you shouldn't experience any display skin issues when upgrading to ClickCartPro 7.

The importer available at the link above is the latest and greatest.

Re: ClickCartPro 6 to ClickCartPro 7 Importer - RELEASED

I finally got the Version 7 upgrade installed..  My error in using the wrong license number..  Now ran the #7 data importer.  It run thru all the options and did not see any errors.
Upon reopening the management area. I noticed that none of my previous orders, categories, options or products were imported. It did show the media files upgraded though.   Any ideas whats happening?

No idea on this one.  I've run about 8 upgrades so far and they've all worked just fine importing everything.  Did any settings come over?

Open a basic ticket on our system for this.  Do not pay for the ticket, though - we will handle this to make sure we don't have a problem.  Please do so here:  https://kryptronic.com/cms-dynform/TECHTICKET.html

I'll be getting to this ticket first thing in the morning.  Unfortunately I've run out of time today.  I will be on it first thing, though.

Re: ClickCartPro 6 to ClickCartPro 7 Importer - RELEASED

For rocketcity's issue:

This issue has been resolved.  I believe there is a bug with PHP and MySQL on your server.

When we run an import with the importer script, we make a primary database connection to the CCP7 database and a secondary database connection to the CCP6 database.

On your server, both instances returned by the PHP mysql extension were identified by Resource #11.  When statements were submitted to one database or another, they were being submitted against the wrong one (by PHP).

I was able to correct this by simply changing the connection type for CCP7 from mysql to mysqli.  Using two different PHP extensions allowed me to run the full import.

This shouldn't affect any other users and definitely won't affect this install going forward.
