Contact Form send based on drop-down
Hello all,
I have a standard contact form here:
http://www.davismfg.com/store/cgi-bin/c … pg=contact
I would like to add a drop-down box "Please select the department you would like to contact" (Sales/Customer Service). Based on the choice the form would send to a specific email address.
Is this possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.
