cart items going missing missing
Hi
When i try to add more than 1 item to the cart the first item vanishes from the cart it will only let me add 1 item please could you help i have all the cookie settings right.
the domain is wwwcountrymansports.co.uk

It appears to be a cookie problem. The only page that is setting a cookie is the cart page and once you navigate away from that page the cookie goes away. Without the cookie being set CCP has no way of associating the cart with the visitor. I did notice that the cookie being set when on the cart page is very "odd" and didn't look right at all FWIW.

so how could i cure this problem as i have spent hours looking at the code etc and all seams fine
i have the cookie domain set to .countrymansports.co.uk and the path to /cgi-bin as this is where it is
so its all correct what can i do
I did get mark to install the seo mod could this be causing the problem?

If the SEO mod is installed correctly, that should not cause a problem with the cookies. Try changing your cookie path to just / and see if that works. That's how it is on mine, with the ATS SEO mod and I have no problems.

Your cookie path is still set to /cgi-bin. That is wrong. SEO format links are not in the cgi-bin directory (note the absence of the cgi-bin in the URL), so as soon as you navigate away from the shopping cart, the path is wrong and the cookie is lost. Please change the cookie path to just a / and let me know so I can test it that way to determine if another problem exists also.

Now that you've changed it things are working just fine. I was able to put 3 things in my cart with no problem at all.

It's working fine now, but you probably need to clear the cookies in your browser to get rid of the old incorrect one.
