I got an order - but only my credit card processor email. Usually this means the customer didn't click on the button on the processor's site to go back to the cart which changes the order to Pending Shipment. So I went into admin and the order is listed as Pending Shipment, but the Last Name field is black (in the listing of all orders). I clicked on Update and the billing information is completely blank. I clicked on Summary/Invoice, and the billing information and delivery information are both blank, just a single comma in each. I know the customer entered a delivery address since they were charged 10.07 in shipping - this price means it was probably local or Toronto (any further away and price would have been higher). They are from New Zealand (processor displays billing information) so they HAD to enter a different delivery address because I don't ship to New Zealand, they would have received the error rate of $20 if they didn't have a CDN postal code entered.
Also, the Summary/Invoice shows product price and shipping but no taxes charged. GST is always supposed to be charged for any CDN address entered. Any clue what happened? I got another order 1.5 hours later with all information intact so I'm guessing it's a one time issue. Here's my stats info of the pages the user visited while ordering:

It looks like they LOGGED out at 12:26, then completed their order (_TRGT is from the credit card processor's site). I had to email the customer to ask for the recipient information. Any idea what happened?
