I am having problems getting hold of Stephen from CartMod - He has gone off the radar - it is nearly 2 weeks since I contacted him.

Its been a month now and several email - no reply !
I now he is a round as he has made posts on the forum last week.
Looks like I will give the work to someone else now!!!

I'm getting frustrated as the RSS and feature mods that have been installed on my site are corrupt.
Have sent 6 emails over two weeks now with no reply.
I expect he is too busy so hopefully he will see this posting.
Where you gone to Stephen, come back we need you.

You could try phoning the Cartmod office or send a letter in the post. It is possible that your emails have been filtered out by anti-spam software.

This is Stephen with Cartmod. I am definitely around. We had an unusually large number of quote and mod requests over the last three weeks or so and got a bit behind with a few emails. We have fixed the issues with Kernow's site and are always available by phone if you need to reach us (757) 477-3649
We answer our phone 8am - 9pm 7 days a week.
