New SSL Cert Installed. Now I CANNOT access my store!!

I had my hosting company renew my SSL cert yesterday.  It looks like it was updated and everything work fine except for my CCP storefront.  I get a "Not Found The requested URL /cgi-bin/ccp51/cp-app.cgi was not found on this server."  When I remove the "s" https://, I can see the store, but I cannot login into the admin panel.  I can get to the admin panel in unsecure mode, but when I hit submit, it tries to secure the page and I end up back in 404 page not found land.  I been mising out on orders since yesterday.  I'm on hold with my Hosting company as we speak.  Any ideas? Please help.

Regards,

Patrick

EDIT:  My hosting company solved it.  It was some kind of linking issue.

I am having this same problem.  What did your hosting company do?  Mine is asking me this question.

Hi,
You need to make sure that your setting for:

Secure Site Payment Script URL *

and

Path to Secure Site media Directory URL *

are setup and correct, these can be found in:

Global Settings >> Manage Program Settings

Do I need to setup the subdomain secure.domainname.com?  When I look at my folders there is no folder called secure.

You do not need to set up a subdomain.  On most servers, there is not a separate secure directory - you just enter the path to the media directory using the https:// prefix.
