Are you using a server interface such as plesk, cpanel, helm, etc?

Who is your webhost?  Most provide a backend user interface.

Check the FAQs at fasthosts; configuring SSL for your server is something that should be covered there.

Global Settings -> Manage Program Settings.  Set the Secure Site Payment Script URL and Path to Secure Site media Directory URL, which will probably both be the same as the regular paths, just with the addition of the s in 'https'.  Then, under Manage Store Settings, set Use Secure Checkout to 'Yes'.  I believe that's about it.  If you want your admin side to be secure, you can change the paths in cp-admin.cgi to include https.  Other than that, you should be set.

Re: SSL Help Please Help me to Get this to work So The site is secure

With the vast majority of servers, there are not actually two separate sets of files for secure and standard... only two ways of pointing to the same files.  Whether or not that's the case with your server is a question for your host.
