Discount code issues
What does it seem that my discount codes automatically switch from non-expiring to expiring? And then from active to inactive? Has this happened to anyone else?
Has anyone noticed that some of their settings seem to switch automatically.....

Yes I have noticed this frequently. Customers also get a notice that they can't use the code twice (which I never intended) - as long as they want to shop, I'll give them the dicount durnig the promotion period!!
This is driving me crazy!!

I am having the same problem....each time a shopper buys an item the code automatically goes inactive and needs to be reset...not just for that shopper, but for any subsequent shoppers...I am losing business this way......
Figured out my own problem....non-expiring discount code.

Only the "Non-Expiring Discount" type is designed to stay active after use. Just change the coupon code to that type, set it to active, and the problem will resolve.
