i have a store that sells model ships and hobby supplie.
i got click cart pro about 1 year ago and i love it, it is easy and as always worked very well. i recently changed my domain from a .com to a .ca and my service provider had to delete my account and give me a new one. i had backed up all the files (i have lost the install file) and ftp'ed them back on the sever and changed all the info that the readme file said too all permissions set correctly but i am unable to update products in the store catalog useing the admin tool. it would the changes you have made have been updated but nothing changed so i tryed to delete the product.csv file but that changed nothing eather every thing was still there. if any one has any clue what may be going on pls let me know

Make sure the .csv files are uploaded in Binary and permissions have been set to 777.
