Confirmation E-mail And Decryption Key - Problem

I was testing ordering for my project with my own e-mail and have found out, that a) As a customer I'm not getting any confirmation e-mails
b) As a shop owner ai'm not receiving any decryption keys to my customer's order information.

What may be a problem and which settings should I check?

Check your mail server setting under Global Settings | Manage Program Settings.
