I have had two customers get this error after submitting their credit card details (using the Protx company). Their card has been processed ok but ClickCart won't recognize the response code referrer URL.
We cannot replicate the error when testing with genuine purchases, nor have we had similar problems with anyone else.
What could be causing this error for a couple of customers? We've even tried installing a firewall to make sure it's not them using a firewall but found a firewall that block referrer headers makes it impossible to even add an item to the shopping cart.
Co-incidently, both customers live in the same geographic area.

Hi,
I looked at the logfile and the actual 'GET' request was made from which is a domain owned by us that is hosted on the same server but not directly associated with the shopping cart store. All the purchases that went through without a problem show a '-' mark as the referrer.
I would have thought that the GET request should be made by our credit card processor?
Thanks,
Matthew

Yes, there is a banner that links to the cart software, normally directly to a product. The banner opens a new window though, not within a frame or anything.

Is a portion of the processor's referring URL in the 'Referring URL Must Contain' field under Orders & Payment | Manage Payment Methods | Your Payment Method?

Yes it is.

You need to verify 100% what the referrer actually is and enter a portion of that URL into that field. Your browser is passing something that doesn't match up with your current entry.
