Re: update on update?

The scheduled CCP5 software update was just made available 15 minutes ago.  Please check your emails for download instructions.  Thanks.

Re: update on update?

I just checked my email - I got two completely blank emails from ec@kryptronic.com - no subject and no body.

Is this the email you're talking about, or is this some unrelated problem and I just never got the update?

Thanks

Re: update on update?

Oops!  If I had waited two more minutes the real message would have arrived.  Sorry!

Re: update on update?

That's okay.  I'm glad to have it.

I downloaded the update file.  When I unzipped it, I got one file that is named cp-update and one named cp-update.pl.  I don't see one with the .cgi extension, which is what I need.  Is the one without the extension the cgi file?  What should I do?

Re: update on update?

there is cp-update.cgi and cp-update.pl or your PC is hiding the .cgi as it is possible with .jpg .gif .htm etc. please check your PC/Win view settings - I downloaded both .zip and .tar.gz files so I am sure there are .cgi and .pl files inside

BTW: I am happy Mac&LinuxUser ("no windows, no gates and Apache inside" :-)

Re: update on update?

Okay, thanks Adam, for your reply.  I just re-downloaded it on another computer, and the cgi file is there.  I'm not sure why the cgi extension didn't show up on my other (main) computer.  It was there on all the other downloads.
