I may be wrong but I don't think so.  The UPS web tools only return shipping rates.
We import the order information into Worldship and print labels with Worldship.

I use a 3rd party program.  It strips the e-mail from Authorize.net and prepares import
files for UPS and Quick Books.    The program is expensive.  About $400.00 USD.

It is one of the least expensive software I have ever purchased.  Each download for
the software is written for your particular needs.  After you download the software
techsupport will call you and may spend hours on the phone helping you to get the
software working.  In the few months I have used the soft ware it has saved me
more than the price in my time.

The program supports many other accounting programs and many other ways to
extract the info you need beyond the merchant e-mail receipt from Authorize.net.

Basically they customize the program for each user.  Then they spend hours on the
phone with you if necessary to set the program up.  I was hesitant about the initial cost
but I went for it.  From the stand point of time saving alone the program has more than paid for itself.   

One of the immediate benefits of importing addresses into UPS World Ship.  World Ship will let you know if there are any invalid addresses.  Another time saver for me.

If your a programer who understands how to set up data bases there are other ways
to import into Worlship.  I'm not one of those.  For me this was a very good choice.

It may not work for you.  It depends on your needs, your tech knowledge and what you are willing to spend .
