How Can I Replace Picture

I'm having problems in how to replaced the main picture shown in the Main page

any Help

You just need to edit the HTML Page (System) - Splash page.  There's HTML in there that prints the image.

After doing it the HARD WAY I figured out the easy way.  The hard way to change to header picture is to edit ead change it to a file you have uploaded to the appropriate directory.  The easy way is to replace the existing picture witw a new picture of the same name.  Then it is changed everywhere that picture is referenced without editing every single page.
