Through the admin section HTML Pages and Elements/Manage Site Elements/then Update Site HTML Layout.
It's all standard html in there so have fun.

Open Windows Explorer and use the search function (assuming you use Windoz :-) ) and do a search through your data directory for the text string 'Store Home' and you will find that it appears in two files, ste_strhd_trk.txt and ste_strhd_notrk.txt. Remove it from the file that you are using, depending if you have the shop set to track hits or not.

Where is it that I modify the
Navigation link for the "home" link:
Home > Gameboy > Gameboy Advance Accessories
The above ss right under the:
store home | search | shopping cart | checkout | order tracking

You can either remove the line:
(CGIGET TYPE="SUB" VALUE="ste_cat_nav")
From the elements:
Store Header - Tracking
Store Header - No Tracking
Under HTML Pages & Elements | Manage Site Elements, or edit the 'ste_cat_nav' routine in the file ./cgi-bin/library/modules/ste_cat.pl to achieve some other effect with the breadcrumb nav links.
