The ability to create csv pricing tables for quantity discounts and select whether you want it applied to a given product or to a category of products.
"By product" would use the pricing table for a single item when determining how to price the item for the cart.
"By category" would count the total number of items ordered within a given category and then look up the correct price and apply it to all items in the cart that belong to that category--even if they're on separate lines.
