Three options for shipping?
Hi Y'all,
How can I setup the shipping so that the following three scenarios are met:
(a) if the order is overseas we'll email you with a postage cost.
(b) if the order is under $50 then it is $4.50
(c) if the order is $50 or over it is $8.00

Could I achieve this simply by upgrading? Or even then would I still need a custom script?

You'll need a custom script either way. If you're planning on upgrading, do that before you have a custom script written as the custom scripts are not portable from 4 to 5.
