Category/sub category question

I have a huge typo for my cat/sub cat names and I really need to be able to correct them without having to create a new cat/sub cat to do it. Is there a way I can correct them thru the library scripts at all? Thanks!

Edit:

./data/site/category_main.db
./data/site/category_sub.db

Directly to make changes.
