Yellow background
I have a yellow background on all the admin pages and public viewed pages. Plus the admin menu's don't work. Any idea why?

Your yellow background is caused by uploading the .db files in the data directory as BINARY. Change your FTP client's settings to upload .db files as ASCII then send them all up again. That will fix your problems.
