"554 Mail from myemail@mail.com rejected for policy reasons"?
Did I do something wrong?
When I tried sending email to ec@kryptonic.com received the following error message:
Remote host said: 554 Mail from myemail@mail.com rejected for policy reasons...

Take a look at your RFC-822 headers and find out where that message came from. It's possible it was rejected by a relay server along the way. The following:
grep @mail.com /var/log/maillog
on our server produces no output, so it nevermade it to mail.kryptronic.com. Try sending via our contact form if you still have problems (it's web based).
