We are considering doing free shipping after a certain threshold is met with the retail side of one of our multisites for most items but have certain products that need a shipping rate regardless due to weight and size.  We would like, however, to see if there is some type of badge that can mark items as "free shipping eligible" or something close instead of the "Free Shipping" icon which implies free shipping at any level. I'm thinking the biggest challenge is the marketing of it on the website since I'm sure the functionality is solid.

Our other question is if a shipping rate is going to be rated on the wholesale side for those items marked "Must Rate Status" or if we can override that setting to not apply to wholesale customers who have met their account level threshold already.  This is something we thought about because of local wholesale accounts that aren't charged shipping.
