When batching from Batch Shipping Manager > Print and Download > Packing Lists (Print Options) we are seeing an intermittent issue with some packing lists not printing our company name and address while others do.  We are running Multi-sites but it doesn't appear to be any particular site but more or less random. 

For example, if we batch out and print eight packing lists there may be one or two that will not include printing our company name and address in the upper right hand corner while the other six will.  Other times it will print on every packing list. 

Is there a code snippet we should be looking at to check and see if there is perhaps a multi-sites or system setting that could be affecting this?  It's been going on for a few months, at least as far back as December I think.
