Best way to handle an order that comes in Complete when Paypal say "PE
What is the best way to handle an order that comes in "Active Shipping" but the Paypal payment is showing This payment is pending.
There does not seem to be any way to place that order into Pending Processing ?

You can use the order manager for the order to 'Edit Order and Billing Info'. Under the Processing Info tab, select true (1) for Review Status. That will push the order into review and out of your shipping queue. You can hold it there until cleared at Paypal.
