Is there a built in part on K( that will allow me to Click on Category and go direct to a Product Listing. I have 1 Category that only has 1 product so I would like to click on the said category and make it go direct to a product listing.

No, but you could set up a 301 redirect in your .htaccess file so that when that category link is clicked, the browser is redirected to the product page.
