Shopping Cart Error

Evan:

We are having an issue with one of our multisites where an item gets added to cart and then when you try to view the cart it's empty. A customer brought this to our attention and we duplicated the issue in-house with an account we tested it with. Interestingly, we were able to pull up the customer's cart in the POS screen under default store but not the multisite store they added it in. Please advise
