Hi, I am getting a 404 error "The resource you requested cannot be found.  Please use the menu to continue."
when ever I try to change my Custom Shipping Methods, can someone give me some ideas on how to trouble shoot this, I have cleared cookies and logins and re-logged in already but no help.

We've seen this happen where clients are running web-based firewalls like Securi with very tight restrictions. The custom shipping interface allows you to submit PHP code which could be flagged as a potentially malicious request in a firewall setup. If this is your case, you should whitelist the admin PHP script (admin.php by default).

If not, as your domain is self-hosted, check with your hosting provider to see if they have anything running that would shut down code submissions via web requests.

OK thanks, I'll do that. This has only reared it head this week, but I don't edit the shipping scripts very often so who knows what and when it started, I edited them through PHPmyadmin in WHM so all good anyway....

UPDATE: I have been cloning product offers to create new ones and most are saving fine but some are giving me a 404 error. I have rebuilt the database and checked it for errors, I have filled in all sections with legal characters etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

GOT IT.... after further investigated found that there was a mod security rule being triggering.
