Evan:
For eBay offers I'm trying to figure out how to list the QOH from the inventory file match the QOH on eBay. In the module settings I see "Channel Status: Inventory Updates" set to TRUE. Field "Inventory Level Control: Maximum Offer Inventory" is set to maximum of 5. The result is all inventory seems to be set to maximum of 5 available even though an item might only have 3 available in inventory. I'm trying to avoid overselling these particular items. What settings need to be in place to make sure inventory on eBay matches the inventory file up to the maximum set? Thank you. 🙂

Kryptronic:
Do you have oversell active on your inventory items? You can turn that off in channel settings for eBay if you don't want to oversell on the channel.
FYI: We'll be installing the latest version on your site asap (9.3). It's pending release. In 9.2 we added all kinds of functionality to allow artificial reductions of inventory on channels in addition to the oversell controls.
Evan:
Looks like that fixed the inventory controls. Do you know if (9.3) fixes the eBay issue that is taking sales tax away from the item price upon import rather than being added to the item price order total? I'm not sure how K9 should handle MFT versus the taxes we collect for any particular states. Please let me know when you can install the update to our site. Thanks again 😀
