Quanity On Hand Inventory Is Not Updating from Amazon Offers

Evan:

Inventory QOH not updating matched Amazon offers for merchant fulfilled even though controls for software to update Amazon QOH from K9 inventory file in module settings.  I have also tried updating directly on Amazon but once it syncs with K9 the inventory quantities go back to zero QOH.  I have compared the product identifiers to the Amazon Offers to make sure they are matched. It seems like an issue where the Amazon module isn't being updated by the K9 inventory file. This just recently became an issue and doesn't affect any created offers before last week.  I've also noticed that with an item it didn't affect that once it sold out and I received more inventory that it too is not updating to match the inventory file. Is there something else I should check to see what the issue is? Thank you

I want to add that the affected Amazon Offers are status All OK

I have another question... When trying to delete Amazon offers from the offers list using K9 the status remains at "Pending Delete" without any resolution. Is there something I should look at or could we just drop them from the SQL database? Thanks again 😀

You can remove the entries for the offer (ecom_prod table) and pricemap (ecom_pricemap table) manually to clear them. Please be aware that if the offers still exist on Amazon, they will be reloaded into the software when the next synch with Amazon occurs.

I wonder if your inventory configuration has changed. Are these local inventory items, unlimited inventory, dropshipped? Are all items affected?

If you use Store / Channels / Amazon Functions to do an Inventory Synch, do you see inventory being sent to Amazon to be updated in the output?

It started when we tried to list an item that was gated. Once we got the approval everything should have worked from there on out but everything we have listed since is being affected by this. If I try to change QOH of those items on Amazon the listings will show up but once K9 syncs again the QOH goes back to zero QOH.

Okay this may have been a coincidence that the first time this happened it surrounded the incidence of a gated product so I checked those products and it turns out that they were "Local Warehouse Inventoried / Dropshipped (When Out)". I switched all of these to "Local Warehouse Inventoried" and all items are showing now. I didn't think of this since these are primarily inventory items with a drop-ship option and not affecting any listings on ebay. Thank you for your help! Have a great day 🙂
