Inventory Stock Notifications

With Stock Notification, if we only receive 6 items and have twenty customers who have requested stock notification, does K9 email them all or only the first six.  From past customer comments I believe it emails them all so lots of unhappy customers when they go to try and purchase but find an out-of-stock item.

Emails for stock notifications are sent to everyone who signed up for that product. I (Frank) get their frustrations as I’ve been in the same situation many times as a figure collector. But it is a wide spread standard on the web. Think about this as well, unless you have an item purchase limit, one person could buy all six that were in stock and the other five customers would still be in the same situation.

To add to this, there is no guarantee that any stock notification recipients will revisit the site to make a purchase, so it's smarter from a marketing perspective to send notifications to everyone.
