Loyalty Points Settings

Is there a way we can have customers opt-in for loyalty rewards rather than it being automatic or at least where we can control in the wholesale accounts section? Thank you 😊

If you turn on Loyalty Points, they're available for all customers. I think you have MultiSite set up, and you have retail traffic on one site, and wholesale traffic on the other site. If that's the case, and you're looking to disable Loyalty Points for the wholesale site, you can do that with a MultiSite setting override.

If your default site is retail, and the wholesale site is run as a multisite: Set the main Loyalty Points Active setting on (Store / Component / Settings / Loyalty Points), and use a setting override (System / MultiSite / MultiSite Sites) on the wholesale site with the id 'ecom.loyaltypoints_active' and the value '0'.

If your default site is wholesale, and the retail site is run as a multisite: Set the main Loyalty Points Active setting off (Store / Component / Settings / Loyalty Points), and use a setting override (System / MultiSite / MultiSite Sites) on the retail site with the id 'ecom.loyaltypoints_active' and the value '1'.
