That's designed behavior, as the customer would be overriding the delivery address they chose during express checkout.  It would be better to suppress the link, though, which is what is done in 9.1.0.  We're releasing the 9.1.0 update early next week.

We were planning on releasing it this week, however it's being packaged today, so the release probably pushes to Mon/Tues of next week.  Please keep an eye out on our news feeds to verify when the update is released.  It's a very large update.
