We will need authorization to spend some time on your site debugging as it is self hosted. An alternative would be to have us move the site here, for us to host, and we would move it and get it running properly at no charge (other than setting up hosting with us). We can't be sure if this is a server issue or a configuration issue until we login and attempt to resolve.
