What is the function of the email Review Required
Hi,
I am getting a few emails drop into 'Review Required' that seem all correct when reviewed, also what is the difference between 'Active shipping' and 'Payment Required' as I only take invoice payments?

To control what triggers review of orders, access Store / Component / Settings / Order Manager and adjust the review conditions setting.
Orders may be in both Active Shipping and Payment Required at the same time.
- Active Shipping means the order has passed all review conditions (or has been reviewed), has been fully serviced (if required), and has items ready to ship.
- Payment Required means the order has an outstanding balance on it. You will find orders under review, being serviced, being shipped and completed in here.
