How do I add a note to customer on order form.
Our shipping charges are as follows:</br>
0 to 15.00 shipping = $7.95</br>
15.01 to 30.00 shipping = $8.95</br>
30.01 to 50.00 shipping = $9.95</br>
50.01 to 75.00 shipping = $10.95</br>
75.01 to 100.00 shipping = $11.95</br>
100.01 to 125.00 shipping = $12.95</br>
125.01 to 200.00 shipping = $14.95</br>
200.01 and above 200.00 shipping = $16.00</br>
If your shipping charge does not match this, please call to place your order

The best place to add this would be the checkout header include. Edit that at {private}/apps/ecom/ECOM/includes/coformintro.php. Put whatever HTML there you like after the closing PHP tag at the bottom of the file.
